Job description
Roles and Responsibilities

A digital marketing executive is responsible for looking into the online marketing strategies for the organization. They plan and execute marketing campaigns, and maintain and supply content for the organization’s website. Here is a list of digital marketing executive roles and responsibilities:


Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
Manage organizations website
Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, etc
Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly
Fix any error in online content and arrange webinars and webcasts
Attend networking events and product launches.
Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
Knowledge of paid ads like Facebook ads & Google ads.
Making a strategy plan for paid ads
Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on online sites.
Promote the company’s products and services in the digital space.
Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
Creating and executing SMS, and email-based marketing campaigns.

Experience Required:


Minimum 1 year
Hands-on experience in ad campaigns

Graphics Designer Intern

The ideal candidate is a skilled creative professional that thrives in a team environment. You will be defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including Social Media Posts, illustrations, logos, layouts, photos and Video

If you have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design you are in right place. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. A degree/on-going course in design or related stream from a reputed institute will be preferred. Kindly share link or details of past projects, if taken any.

Note: Candidate must have his/her own laptop with necessary software during internship period

Job Description:

  • Design visual content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Create promotional Videos for Instagram & other Social Media Channels
  • Create micro-videos and GIFs
  • Design Website banners and images
  • Design promotional Email banners and visual content
  • Edit photos & color correction
  • Edit product Videos & Images
  • Collaborate with different teams on their requirement and company objective
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Creating banners for social media and websites by designing art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.

Required skills:

  • Ability Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Photoshop, Illustrator & other relevant graphics software

  • Ability to create Product Videos & Images
  • Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram as well as recent trends on social media

  • Manage all social media channel campaigns
  • To sustain an engaging audience and to increase audience satisfaction/experience
  • Research and analyse social media trends including social media ad revenue and web visitor data
  • To improve social media presence and campaign efficacy
  • Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels

Required skills:

  • Oversees all company social media accounts management
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goal
